When booking your reservation you are required to secure us with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due in cash, upon our arrival. This will confirm your reservation. All deposits are 100% Nonrefundable! If you are securing a vehicle with a credit card, and you decide to cancel for any reason, you will be charged on your credit cardfor the entire amount of trip. You are responsible for any & all damage done to the vehicle while in your posession. The person who books the reservation, accepts full responsibility for the actions of their guests. Only the number of people contracted, will be allowed to enter the vehicle. If in the event your vehicle gets into an accident / breaks down / or mother nature gets in the way somehow, we will send you out another vehicle of the same size & style, at an adjusted rate if necessary. Only at this point, do you have the option to cancel all together, refuse the vehicle and receive a full refund.
