DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Limo King Enterprises, Inc. hereby warrants the stretch of the limousine Structure not to sag, break or bend, regardless of times for the first original buyer only.
Limo King also warrants to the original buyer, that the paint on the conversion will be free under normal use, and care from defect in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months, or 12 thousand miles, whichever occurs first.
Limo King also warrants all electrical installation such as: Air Conditioning, Second Alternator, Mastercon Electrical Systems, Suspension, Drive Sharp, that provided by Limo King for the period of 12 months or 15 thousand miles. This does not cover any added vendor components that belong to the customer choice, and all outside purchased parts such as heater motor, batteries, moon roofs, TV’s, video players, speakers, etc. which may cover by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Limo King reserves the right to make changes in the designs or repair the defective part, without any imposing obligation upon itself to install customer prefer part or other manufacture part. To be excellent customer service for any repairs, Limo King must be contacted.
Limo King shall have no liability for any defect or damage caused by original owner’s use of parts of service which are not authorized by Limo King or for any parts which have been subject to misuse, negligence accident.
Limo King suggests customer to inspect the vehicle before it’s released. Otherwise Limo King will not be responsible for any damages or scratches to the: seats, bars, ceilings and the dent of paints.
Limo King has the right to hold the vehicle until the balance is paid in full.
Limo King has the right to extend the delivery date, due to, the back order or discontinue from the Vendors. Such as: Mastercon Control, Air-conditioning, Drive Sharp, etc…but not over 30 day period.
Customer has read and understands all the agreements above and gives the rights to Limo King, Inc. to modify and upgrade of stretching the vehicle. |
